Jake Folda died in a one-vehicle crash early Sunday just east of 144th and U Streets.
Police were called out to Millard Avenue and U Street right around 1:45 a.m. Sunday.
When they arrived on scene, they found a Chevy Silverado flipped onto its side. Police said 24-year-old Jacob Folda’s vehicle went off the road and rolled down an embankment.
24 year old Jacob S. Folda was the only person in the vehicle and was ejected. Police said he was not wearing a seat belt which is believed to be a contributing factor to the crash and Jake Folda death.
Omaha Police have ordered an autopsy for Sunday after the man died in an early morning crash.
Jake Folda autopsy is scheduled for Sunday.

Jacob S. Folda was pronounced dead at the scene, according to an Omaha police statement. Investigators determined that Folda was eastbound on Millard Avenue near U Street in a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado about 1:45 a.m.
The pickup truck left the road and rolled down an embankment. Folda, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected.
The crash is under investigation . An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday.
