J Hus is free, the British rapper surprised fans, when he joined Drake on stage for his first public appearance since being released from jail.
Drake’s fourth London concert got blessed with one of his best surprise guests of all time when Drizzy brought out British rapper J Hus to hit the O2 arena mere hours after he was granted an early release from prison.
In the midst of his London concert, the 6 God teased something major in store, as the stage’s display was changed to read “Welcome Home.” “If anyone’s sitting down right now, I need you to stand up because we’re going to celebrate one of our brothers tonight,” Drake stated.
Hus then hit the runway much like The Rock in his WWF heyday, soaking in the thunderous cheers from the shocked crowd filling up the venue. The 23-year-old MC then gave an energetic performance to his 2017 banger “Did You See,” which made for quite the scene.

J Hus was arrested in June 2018 in Stratford, east London on suspicion of being in possession of a knife or bladed article. The 23-year-old rapper was later sentenced to eight months in jail for carrying a knife in public. He initially pled not guilty to the charge, but later changed his plea, reportedly apologizing to the judge in a letter stating that his “actions were careless.”
In 2018, J Hus was nominated for multiple Brit Awards, including British Album of the Year for his debut Common Sense.
