Noah Ellison accident: Beloved\u00a0Noah Ellison death happened May 13th 2020 just before 6:15p.m. in a crash near Kent City, at\u00a0the intersection of 17 Mile Road and Sparta Avenue in Tyrone Township.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was only 18 years old.<\/p>\n

\"Noah<\/p>\n

A 2003 Pontiac Vibe entered the intersection from northbound Sparta Avenue and failed to stop for a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse going west on 17 Mile Road, causing a collision.<\/p>\n

Michigan State Police said the impact forced the two vehicles off the roadway, hitting an utility pole in the northwest corner of the intersection.<\/p>\n

Deputies do not believe alcohol is a factor in the crash, but it is still under investigation.<\/p>\n

18-year-old Noah Ellison was inside<\/strong>\u00a0the Pontiac Vibe. He was killed at the scene of the crash. A second passenger was flown to Butterworth Hospital in critical condition. A third passenger also suffered serious injuries.<\/p>\n

The driver of the Pontiac Vibe was taken to Butterworth with non-life threatening injuries. Everyone inside the Pontiac Vibe were from Sand Lake, Michigan.<\/p>\n

The Chevrolet Traverse had four people inside, all from Kent City. The driver and three passengers were also taken to Butterworth for treatment — they suffered non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

It is with great sadness and a tremendously heavy heart that we share the news with you that one of our students, Noah Ellison, lost his life in an automobile accident last evening. Noah was a wonderful young man with many friends and interests.<\/p>\n

All of our thoughts and prayers are with their family as we hope for everyone\u2019s recovery through this very unfortunate time. Please join us by sending your thoughts and wishes to them as well, we are so sorry.<\/p>\n
