in Chesapeake, Virginia when his car and a sedan <a href=\"https:\/\/lailasnews.com\/international\/emily-solek-obituary-death-dead-m14-accident-emily-solek-car-crash\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">collided<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to Officer Leo Kosinski, a Chesapeake police spokesman, Anthony was heading north on Eden Way toward Volvo Parkway.<\/p>\n<p>A Pontiac was traveling the opposite direction, and Dillard lost control and started making a left hand turn, sliding into the other lane and oncoming traffic. The Pontiac couldn&#8217;t stop in time and hit Dillard on the passenger rear tire side and spun it out. Dillard was ejected.<\/p>\n<p>Police pronounced him deceased after arriving on the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement also had a difficult time determining what kind of vehicle Dillard was driving. At first, they believed that he had used a VIN plate to register the Kart as a Civic, though his Instagram account shows the vehicle&#8217;s gradual transformation from car to kart.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, police determined the vehicle to be unfit for roads under Virginia law.<\/p>\n<p>Dillard&#8217;s vehicle wasn&#8217;t street-legal, police said.
