Spencer Bei missing: This is a desperate call for help to find Spencer Bei missing since Tuesday December 31, 2019 in Carmichael.
The 17 year old is a Jesuit High school student. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants and had a light graypack. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 150 pounds.
