Longmont Train Accident, according to reports, was a car vs train accident on 1st and Main.
An eyewitness claimed a black SUV or truck smacked into the train and got pushed between the poles and the train sorta from what the eyewitness could see.
The Longmont train accident was described as pretty bad and we can only hope the persons involved are ok.
Another eyewitness said the front of the truck or SUV was pulled under the train and the back part was up in the air because the weight of the train on the cab elevated it.
An update at about 5:12PM from Longmont Fire/Police on Twitter said disabled train is moving and thanked everyone for their patience.
