George Becker obituary, death: Beloved George Becker, a 2019 Gridley High grad, who went on to play football at Eastern Washington, died Saturday January 4th, 2020.
Gridley High School football team, in a statement on Facebook, confirmed George Becker death. A service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ in Gridley January. 11.
The statement read:
With a heavy heart GHS Football mourns the loss of one of our own, George Becker. He was truly one of the finest young men to have graced the halls and field here at GHS.
Our sincere thoughts and prayers go to the extended family and the Becker’s – Clark, Kourtney, Jack, and Charlie who all hold a special place with Bulldog football.
We love you and will miss you George!Services are this Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ on Spruce at 10:00.
