65 year old Dale of Humble, Texas had called the police himself to report his own shooting in a frantic 911 call from his home after 30 year old Latonya Jones allegedly shot him multiple times.
Harris County Sheriff Office said on Twitter that officers responded to a shooting at the 20000 block of Pinehurst Trail Dr.
Dale was shot multiple times and transported by Life Flight to a nearby hospital.
Latonya is now facing a murder charge for the shooting.

Deputies had responded to an “in progress life in danger” call after receiving a call of shots fired at Blake’s residence.
The male caller had told 911 operators that his girlfriend had shot him.
Deputies arrived 20030 Pinehurst Trail Dr, in Humble, TX, and later confirmed that Jones shot and killed Blake for unknown reasons inside his northeast Harris County home Tuesday evening.
Deputies say murder charges are pending against Jones. Dale Blake was airlifted by Life Flight to a local hospital. Sadly, he passed away and was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
