IMSU lecturer under fire for slapping female student in class
A video making the rounds online captures the moment an Imo State University lecturer by the name Dr. Desmond Izunwanne slapped a student.
Reports online have alleged that the student (reported to be female) had reportedly arrived for lecture in mufti rather than their school’s departmental wears.
The man is reported to have slapped her despite the fact that she had told him that she’s sick and was just coming from the hospital.
A video which surfaced online captures the lecturer confronting the student and subsequently giving her slaps.
The video has sparked outrage among Nigerians on several social media platforms.
