Ghanaian singer, Queen Haizel, in an interview with Zionfelix made a profound statement of “considering being a lesbian”.
According to Queen Haizel who lost her mum during the Atomic Gas explosion which happened on Saturday, October 7 in Accra, Ghana, sexual and romantic desire between females is wrong but she wants to have an experience. The musician who is in her mid-20s also added that she has dated only three guys in her life.
Other reasons she gave for her decision is being disturbed by her ex-boyfriends for a comeback, after they get to know that she is in a new relationship. She stated that she believes this might affect her marriage. The fast rising singer also said that if she finds the conditions and opportunities favorable, she will gladly say yes to any lesbian who asks her out.
She however never disclosed if she is already one, since she is currently in a relationship and would want to remain faithful to her partner.
This is coming after Ghanaian actress Abena Ghana in an interview, revealed that she was a lesbian. Abena Ghana real name, Cecilia Konamah added that she used to practice lesbianism but stopped some years ago. According to her, she was introduced into the act by some friends.
She emphasized that her husband is aware of her past relationship with other women.
“My husband is aware of that. Yes, he knows that I was a lesbian and he is very comfortable with me in our marriage. He also said even if I had once stood on the streets as a hawker, he likes me as I am.”
