The Chairman of Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission, James Momoh, was filmed on stage shouting that he has a dream that he has a dream that Nigeria will have 24 hours power.
In a video posted by Channels News on Twitter, the chairman can be seen emotionally shouting that he dreams of the day the country would have stable power supply.
