Governor Wike threatens to flog former Niger Governor Babangida Aliyu

Rivers state Governor, Nyesom Wike has threatened to flog former Governor of Niger state, Babangida Aliyu for calling him a dictator.

Aliyu during an interview last week, said a certain “dictator in Rivers State” was behind the travails of the PDP National Chairman, Uche Second us because of a “personal ambition to either become Vice President or a political godfather.”

Wike in a viral video was heard threatening to flog Aliyu for his statement. He also accused the former Rivers state Governor of being “a political liability and working against the party in the 2015 presidential election.”

He also stated that “no PDP congress has been held in Niger State because of Aliyu’s dictatorial tendencies.”

“it is still that time they were moving around saying they are fighting PDP”. Wike added.
