Governor Nyesom Wike has rescued former acting Managing Director of NDDC, Joy Nunieh from “house arrest”.
Recall that we earlier reported that the house of the former acting Managing Director of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) was stormed by Police officers, putting her on house arrest, preventing her from testifying before a house committee as part of the ongoing probe against NDDC on Thursday July 16.
TVC reported that the Rivers state Governor forcefully gained entrance into Joy Nunieh’s residence, ordered the police officers out and later drove off with her.
