The FRSC official who admitted to drunk driving in the video, was heard saying he ‘I’m sorry’. Here is the video below;

This is coming after it was reported that the Federal Road Safety Corps arrested three motorists for drunk driving in Abuja. The men were tested and found to have far above the normal alcohol limit in their bloodstream, after a breathalyzer was administered on them along the Shehu Shagari Way by Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.

The errant drivers were directed to report at the FRSC office, while their driving licences were temporarily confiscated.

    this is a total violation of the road safety law, and i think there is a punish for defaulters.

  29. No, that apology is not granted. Nigeria constitution stated it that ignorant of the law is never an excuses to break the law, NOT to even talk of he who is directly in charge of the law.
