Frank Edoho speaks on replacing Ebuka as BBNaija host

Nigerian popular TV Host, Frank Edoho, has reacted to a calls for him to replace current Big Brother Naija Host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

Frank Edoho is a popular Nigerian TV host, and gained prominence while hosting the WWTBAM for 13 years.

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? (WWTBAM) is a Nigerian game show based on the original British format of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. It first aired on 8 October 2004 and stopped temporarily on 25 June 2017.

A Twitter user took to the platform to call for the replacement of Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, as host of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) show, with Frank Edoho. The user wrote;

“Ebuka don eat small, make him allow another person chop! Frank Edoho as BBNaija host for this season won’t be a bad choice tho
Eviction night go choke gan”

Reacting to the post, the veteran wondered why people would want him to replace Ebuka, despite the latter’s success in hosting the reality TV show. He wrote;

“What did Ebuka do to deserve all this? Why would you want to change someone that has done a show successfully for only 3 years and have him replaced with one who did WWTBAM for 13 years?
Leave Ebuka alone! Please.”
