Here are some foods you need to eat to stay healthy and help boost your immune system during this Coronavirus.
News Department of Xinhua News Agency with the use of materials from the Chinese Centre for Disease Control and Prevemtion has shared some foods and eating habits to help stay healthy during the outbreak of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Have a diverse diet especially whole grains, mixed beans, root vegetables
Eat more vegetables, diary products, soybeans
Eat more dark vegetables
Do not replace fresh fruits with juice
Have youghurts, bean products and some nuts
Have some fish, poultry, eggs and lean meat; less fat and fewer smoked or cured meat. Say No to wild animal meat
Reduce the consumption of salt, fat, sugar and alcohol
Light diet
Stay hydrated
Less sugared beverage
Limit Alcohol intake
Keep a balanced lifestyle and keep fit. Eat well and do exercise, do npt overeat, do not sit for long.
