FG declares Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th as public holidays

The Federal Government has Monday declared Monday, August 12 Monday and Tuesday, 13, as Public Holidays to mark the 2019 Eid el-Kabir celebrations.


This was revealed in a report released by Mohammed Manga, director of press and public relations, Ministry of Interior.

Ehuriah felicitated the Muslims on the occasion and called on all Nigerians, at home, and in the diaspora, to use the space of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir festival to adopt the virtues of love, humility, peace, and sacrifice as explained by the Holy Prophet Mohammed.

She advised Nigerians to ignore any form of disruptive aims and join hands with the Federal Government to create a peaceful, strong and united Nigeria so as to achieve an enviable Next Level of growth.
