Former British High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin, has taken to Twitter to troll former Ghana Football Association (GFA) President, Kwesi Nyantakyi over the life-time FIFA ban slammed on him by the World’s football governing body.
This comes after FIFA’s adjudicatory chamber found Mr Nyantakyi guilty of having violated Article 19 (conflict of interest), Article 21 (Bribery and corruption) and Article 22 (Commission) of the FIFA Code of Ethics, 2012 edition.
Mr Nyantakyi has additionally been fined 500,000 Swiss Francs (over GHS 2.4million).
Jon Benjamin, who is known to pick on issues concerning the GFA, took to his social media account to mock the embattled former FA boss.
“Here’s my 12 Cedi contribution to Kwesi Nyantakyi’s CHF 500,000 FIFA fine. Found guilty of corruption and bribery. End of.”
