Die-hard fan breaks up with his girlfriend because Wizkid didn’t win Grammy

A Nigerian man who is a die-hard fan of Afrobeat singer Wizkid has reportedly broken up with his girlfriend because the superstar didn’t win any award at the just concluded Grammy awards.

Big Wiz lost out on two categories he was nominated in, with Angelique Kidjo winning one of the awards.

Following the event, the fan broke up with his girlfriend for disturbing him while he was brooding over the loss of his favorite.

A friend to the lady shared a screenshot of the chat where the man broke up with his girl after she questioned him for not picking her calls.
