Dale Blake Latonya Jones Texas shooting happened Tuesday night October 8, 2019 around 9:30pm at 20000 block of Pinehurst Trail Drive.

30 year old Latonya Jones is now facing a murder charge for allegedly shooting her 65-year-old boyfriend, Dale Blake, of Humble, Texas to death.

Harris County Sheriff Office said on Twitter that officers responded to a shooting at the 20000 block of Pinehurst Trail Dr.

One man was shot multiple times and transported by Life Flight to a nearby hospital.

Deputies had arrived 20030 Pinehurst Trail Dr, in Humble, TX, after receiving a call of shots fired at Blake’s residence.

They responded to a “in progress life in danger” call at that time. The male caller told 911 operators that his girlfriend had shot him.

Deputies later confirmed that Jones shot and killed Blake for unknown reasons inside his northeast Harris County home Tuesday evening.

Dale Blake was airlifted by Life Flight to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.

Deputies say murder charges are pending against Jones. A tweet on the Harris County Sheriff Office Twitter page reads:
