DaBaby ordered to remain in jail for outstanding warrant in Texas (Video)

Court video shows the moment DaBaby was ordered to remain in jail due to an outstanding warrant in Texas.

DaBaby who was arrested on January 2 and held in custody at the Turner Guilfield Knight Correctional Centre in Miami is to be held back in Police custody without bond due to an arrest warrant pending in Texas.

According to the police report — obtained by TMZ — DaBaby has a warrant out of Dallas for organized criminal activity. We’re told that warrant stems from a fight DaBaby was in last month at The Dallas/Fort Worth Airport when the rapper and a friend attacked an employee working a food stand. We obtained a video from the incident showing the final moments of the fight.

DaBaby said he’s got $250,000 in his Miami hotel, and needs his lawyer to go and get the cash because he’s been ordered to stay away from the property.

Speaking with Miami’s Local 10 news outlet, Miami police spokeswoman Kenia Fallat told the local news outlet that the Kirk rapper was taken into police headquarters to be questioned regarding a robbery investigation. He was officially arrested on a battery charge that day. In the police report, a detective writes that the conflict started on Thursday afternoon, Jan. 2, at the hotel after one of the victims, a concert promoter, was $10,000 short on a $30,000 payment he and DaBaby had agreed to for a performance at Cafe Iguanas Pines the same day.

Below is a video of DaBaby in court where a judge said he’ll remain in jail due to an outstanding warrant in Texas.
