He is survived by:
- his loving wife: Lisa Watts Glover;
- daughter: Brett Glover Welch and her husband Derick;
- son: Christopher Glover and his girlfriend Sophie Stewart;
- parents: Charles and Jo Ann Glover;
- sister: Jane Ann Hankins and her husband Mike;
- nephew: Hunter Hankins;
- niece: Melissa Fisher;
- great-nephew: Ozzie Fisher;
- and brother-in-law: James Carter Watts and his wife Cathy, and their children.
He was preceded in death by:
- his maternal grandparents: Clifton Koonce, and Janie and Grady Upshaw;
- paternal grandparents: Lottie and James Glover;
- and father and mother-in-law: Thomas H. and Wanda Watts.

A gathering of family and friends holds at 9:00 am Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at First Baptist Church of Rockwall, 610 S. Goliad, Rockwall, TX 75087.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am, officiated by Pastor Jesse Crouch.
Interment follows at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 11, 2019, in Brown Cemetery, Pine Bluff, AR.
Charles “Chuck” F. Glover, Jr., age 57, of Dodd City, TX, was born January 28, 1962, in Pine Bluff, AR. He was a Rockwall resident for over 17 years.
