Blac Chyna’s ready to fight Rob Kardashian to keep things status quo when it comes to custody of their daughter, Dream Kardashian.
This is coming after 31-year-old Rob Kardashian launched legal action against Chyna, after she was seen swinging a stroller at a woman during her day out at the amusement park with her daughter Dream, 16 months, and son King, five.
Rob – who is Dream’s father – watched a video clip of the incident at Six Flags in horror, according to TMZ.
Consequently, he instructed his legal team to seek a hearing at which Chyna could be handed some clearly defined rules.
Rob is also concerned about Blac Chyna – who is currently dating 18-year-old YBN Almighty Jay – bringing new men into her home when his daughter is there and wants restrictions put in place.
Reacting to this, TMZ says Chyna’s lawyer, Walter Mosley, told them any attempts by Rob to alter the current, valid custody agreement in place over their daughter between them will be defended “by any means necessary” … legally speaking.
Our Chyna sources say Blac Chyna stands by her claim she was simply doing what she had to do to protect her kids — both Dream and King Cairo — in the Six Flags incident … and doesn’t think her stroller swinging should be held against her.
There are report that Rob Kardashian is also angered that he’s still having to pay Chyna as much as $20,000-a-month in child support, even though they share custody of their child, and she makes more than he does.
Rob – who is reportedly seeking a massive reduction in child support payments via the court system – has seen his earning potential diminish ever since he was banned from Instagram.
The photo-sharing website decided to ban Rob from the platform after he posted a number of explicit images of Chyna on his page.
