3 new cases of the new coronavirus have been confirmed in Lagos on Sunday morning, World Health Organisation and Nigeria’s centre for disease control said. This brings to a total of 26 confirmed cases in Nigeria and Lagos with a record of 21 cases.
The 3 persons who tested positive had a history of traveling to high-risk countries in the last seven days.
Nigeria’s capital city Abuja has three cases, Ogun and Ekiti states have two and one respectively. Oyo State governor Seyi Makinde also announced that a case has been recorded in the state.
